Outage - 16th August 10:30pm TTT (Ten-Tenths Time!)
As part of our monitoring we noticed increased usage of the linux swapfile, as a precautionary measure and to prevent database corruption we disabled the database and re-started the main front-end web server.
As part of this outage we took the opertunity to perform some server "housekeeping" tasks. Normal service was restored at 11:05pm TTT |
