Group C/A Touring Cars at the 1984 AGP
Hi. I am currently doing up one of the little cars which raced at this event, and while I have lots of other photos of the car (a Gemini) I am intrigued to find out what it looked like at this event, mainly because it was entered by 3MMM/The Wheatley Organisation. Event was the Diners Club International Trophy for Touring Cars, unfortunately not well reported in the press; guess there was a slightly more important event on that day.....
Does anyone have any photos or video of that day I could have a look at? Regards, John artracing@optusnet.com.au |

The race was televised live on Channel 7, as the had the rights to the AGP from 1981 - 1984, and the race was won by George Fury in the Bluebird, with Peter Brock in second.
Thats about as useful as i get on this one though i'm sorry. |
