After much thought i have decided to cancel the dinner. It is totally understandable that people can't commit this far in advance, however by the time they do know, booking will be impossible.
This restaurant can book itself out 10 times over on the Saturday night, so it's only fair that i allow them to take a definite booking.
I'm sure that we will make an effort in meeting up, whether it's during the day or in the camping ground.
It's also been difficult in keeping this thread at the forefront of the forum, however my attempt at placing it in a more predominant position was shouted down by a couple of whining members.
Let's make an effort to catch up in February.

Since we are a lot closer to the event now and people may be clearer as to their plans and the great entry news over recent time, i am going to give the dinner another opportunity. Have decided to book for 7.30 for the Saturday night which will allow more time for people to get there including any on track workers and fans who want to see the pit stop practice. Families, kids, friends welcome. If you would like to finally put some faces to names and meet up over a great meal and a couple of drinks at a great restaurant, let me know with numbers if you know them at this stage. Will be great to have a chat with fellow Bathurst 12hr/GT fans. The restaurant will take a booking for the room for between 15-30 people. Don't be shy, come and join us.
