Patrick did not look too happy in those pics. Understandably so.

It would've been quite ironic if Patrick had to submit a claim to Canadian Unemployment Insurance, the government would've had to pay 60% of his salary for a year!

Not bad...I don't know about the rest of the states here in the US, but in Oregon the limit is like $415/week that you can claim on unemployment.

I'm totally unfamiliar with our Canuck system, I was just trying to make a jab at the demise of Players. (Thirteen years ago I got 60%). But safe to say that Pat would've been contributing more than $415/wk based on his salary!

The maximum benefit in Canada was $413 per week last I looked. Contributions are only made on the Maximum level of earnings, which was $39,000 and is likely not much higher now.

I fear that my "jab" has been long-lost in the context!

Wow, the PKVR cars look pretty sharp. Bit surprised that Phillipe is in the second Rocketsports car. As for Patrick, he's my favorite driver so I don't even want to say what I think about him not having a ride. Don't want to try out the auto censor...

Is it just me or does PKVR sound more like a radio station then a racing team? All joking aside, their cars do look pretty cool!!

I see Mr. Bell is cruising around; has he got a ride or is he just visiting?

I sat with Bronte and Tags at a wedding after the 2002 season and she didn't have her twins then.
