Despite the negative atmosphere here I enjoyed both races.

Yeah, race 2 wasn't bad at all.

Agree with S griffin too, the series is a laughing stock. Only 1 ex-WTCC/WTCR champion on the grid too for the final rounds - Norbert Michelisz.

From what I've seen online this morning, neither Zengo car went out in FP1 so looks like the team is possibly even trying to save money by not running in all sessions.

In a way also a fault of the manufacturers. How can you develop a TCR car, and then loose interest in it like SEAT/CUPRA?
Even when a (privateer) entry with a good driver is still running on a third place!!!!!

SEAT should have helped with resources to get to end of season in good way.

BTW: its clear, that you can't run such a series without manufacturer backup.
Its absolutely expensive to go on this level at least around europe/middle east without Sponsors. And sponsors like to have spectators at the track, TV coverage etc.

I wanted to go for Anneau du rhin, but as i saw there is no!!!!!!! support series around it, i didn't wanted to go.
And if you like to see it on TV, you need stupid Eurosport player with subscription! For a touring car series!!!!!!! With no real superstars etc....
So nearly no sponsor can be happy with this outcome...

A wonderful race today, did anyone see it? A real masterclass in processional driving. I think there were even 2 passes.

The Audi is so fast in a straight line that even in the slipstream nothing can catch it.

That's what you get at a characterless circuit devoid of any challenge whatsoever.

Quite appropriate that the championship ended in farce. They had SEVEN MINUTES to recover Berthon's car and couldn't manage it.
