A very dear friend who runs a high class Deli was once asked by a young customer for some 'tear and share' bread. Fortunately one of the staff overheard and the happy customer left with some focaccia........

I do hope that you will post pictures of the FF once it's done. It will be most interesting.

Maybe a candidate for the celebrity race at Silverstone this July.
Yeah, but you need to be a celebrity not a violent thug.

Of course, Mr Rolls and Mr Royce were only too happy to have their armoured products painted in camouflage during the First Unpleasantness. WO would have been delighted to get that gig!

And as for that Ball-on-telly chap and his camouflaged Bentley.....and his apparent lack of ability not to crash into things...other cars, walls, managers....when you "earn" enough in a week to buy most any car you want, I guess the need to master the control of anything other than a football is less of an imperative....

The idea of a modern day full (celebrity)race Bentley Continental has some appeal. Would VAG be interested though?

There should be enough written off in the next couple of months to provide a basis of a competitive fleet. The bloke from Manchester should be good for at least one. There there was the guy the other day who parked on in the middle of a flood. Perfect basis for a race car. Got to be a few lying around in recycling centres.

Good for a few ticket sales I would image.

I guess they thought if the big Mers SLS could be turned into a competitive GT racer then they might as well have a go as well! Main problem I can see is dynamics, as the Bentley carries an enormous amount of weight over the front wheels- like a VW/Audi saloon. Oh, hang on...........

Yes definitely a wrap one of my suppliers has the material from stock, I thought it looked awful but am tempted to do a wrap on my black car but will probably just do a colour change to white then apply graphics. Btw wraps ain't cheap at all in fact can be a lot more expensive than a respray but there are other advantages fir example when the footballer trades the Bentley in the wrap can be removed and the paintwork will be pristine with no stone chips.

Good grief, the pace of life these days ...

No sooner does someone, (me in this case), come up with a good idea than *******s nick it and have some webby people and a couple of graphic artists working through the night to throw together a web page and claim they had the idea first!

Of course we all know the truth don't we?

I presume that is a reworked R8 or something. Allegedly. Maybe.

CofG looks a little high but the drivers should be able to soo over the top of everything else. Will they retain the neckwarming seats though?
