We have prepared our report for your approval...we do not refer to the Abarth crash, but today we learned that the car is repairable, in spite of the sorry state it is currently in.

The chassis is not bent. But it does need "some" work.

Understatement of year ! Some work

Work started and finding all bits needed, as itís so unusual, is not easy.

Off on someone elseís oil

Pity. It was originally rebuilt whilst I owned it and it has to be a labour of love
Good thing present owner is Abarth crazy!

Yes, it had started to rain, but more to it than that. From reports, an issue with the fuel injection at the wrong moment..... Despite severe front damage, possibly including the tub, work is already underway back at the preparers to get the car ready for LMC. Thatís their target!

Shame also to see the GpC Tic-Tac 962 damaged and the lovely yellow (CER2) Osella BMW suffering an engine compartment fire. But as some say, Ďthatís motor racingí, so Iím sure both will soon be back on track.....
