great pics malcolm.
In the red sierra is my 18 year old son having his second season in my car
He had a great battle with Dave in the 205 in race 2 after we fixed the missfire and cracked brake discs!

Dan was very close to the 205 on several laps as they approached 'Sunny In' corner - great move to pass, although the Peugeot driver put up a great fight on the outside of the bend. I found a few more photos, which are attached.

I recognised your car from (winning?) in monsoon conditions at Knockhill many years ago, in a race when the lead changed so many times that drivers, commentator and spectators had no idea who was leading until the chequered flag was waved.

Thanks for the extra pics malcom, yes you have a very good memory 2012 was the year, my first ever outright win in rain sleet and snow!
I actaully got shown the blue flag instead of the chequered flag! both me and my mate Mike in second place ended up doing an extra lap as he got the chequered and didn't see it I got the blue as they thought I was about to be lapped by him when in fact I was leading such was the visability!!

I only found out i'd won when Duncan Vincent requested an interview!
I then went loopy with delight and gave a rather emotional interview which knockhill very kindly sent me along with the race commentry

This is Dans in car from the race on sunday if you go to 7:30 you will see what happened when he passed Dave through Barcroft he was actually sideways!! was a great save but just a bit to fast for his line, he must have missed dave by inches!
