Enrico Toccacelo in Russian F3!
Enrico Toccacelo is a fast driver, a lot of Italian driver are in the Russian F3 Championship.
I met Mediani and Toccacelo several times during there F3 races. There is also a Greece F3 Championship, some years ago I had contact with Team Target from Italy and they drove in the Greece Championship. I like the F3 Championships in these sort of countries. |

I would be interested to learn more about this Greek F3 championship.Only racing I ever heard of in Greece was at Tatoi airbase many years ago.I was there in 1996-no sign of motorsport.

When I heard of it two years ago there where only 12 to 14 cars at the grid, most are private Greek drivers and some Itaian drivers and Italian teams. It's easy to drive the Greece and Italian B Championship. The Greece Championship is a sort of C Championship with much older cars. |

You can find out more about the 1998 Greek Formula 3 season by looking at http://www.dever.gr/results.htm. This is the web site of ex-Formula 3 (now Renault Sport Clio) racer Dimitris Deverikos. This page details all of his races, scroll down to the 1998 season and there is a championship table for the 1998 season.
Autosport magazine briefly mentioned the Greek Formula 3 season in 1994 and 1996. So it has been run for a few years, but I don't know if it's still going. Also, http://www.fortunecity.com/silversto...132/page3.html is the home page of Tunc Sengun who races in the Turkish Formula 3 championship! In 1994 'Motoring News' had a report about Formula 3 racing in Turkey, after a British team and driver went over there for a demostration run (I think it was Mark Bailey Racing with Johnny Mowlem). At that time the championship was made up to seven Dallara F393-Alfa Romeos and ran at the Kurfez circuit. |

Trebor,
About Grecian drivers, do you know something about Nikolaus Stremmenos? He raced on Italian F3 during 1998 and also on Italian F3000 during 1999-2000. |

I think he is trying to find a budget for some races this season.
Maybe he can also switch to Renault Clio Trophy like Deverikos. I met both drivers some years ago when driving in Italy. Nice guys with some talent. |
