True. All we know (apart from those who really know), is that HARD. had some BTCC drivers and cars out at Brands.
For those who do know, they'll know if deals are in place for any of the drivers next year.

The truth may be entirely different to the speculation. But there is still interest in discussing the appearance of BTCC drivers and cars on a BTCC track.

Heard Cook rumoured at Motorbase too (as well as Lloyd, Oliphant, Chilton), but think his preference is to stay at BTC if they can make the deal work.

Not sure on the Motorbase rumours as Oliphant is testing the Infiniti at some point.

All depends on who his deal is with and when it runs to. No different to the fact that Dan Kirby had a run in the Cupra when Trade Price Cars are partnered with EXCELR8....

Interesting. Nothing stopping PMR running the Astra’s as well as the Infiniti’s for Laser Tools if they continue & purchase another TBL to go alongside Moffats one.

Cammish's likelihood of being on the grid in 2022:

"My reputation and my value have increased and [2021] has turned out to be anything but a tale of woe. It has been a huge success. There are probably more options now than there have ever been before, both in the BTCC and elsewhere. And while I don’t have a crystal ball, I would like to think I can be in touring cars again next year. "

If his head gets any bigger he'll have to go truck racing as it's the only thing it'll fit in

I think it would be good for the series for Cammish to come back. He no doubt has unfinished business in the BTCC

Starting to hear comments that Cammish alongside Sutton in the new RWD car is a likely combination. All depends on how the Boardley / Moffat / BMW TBL situation unfolds to make it happen, but Cammish is wanted in a RWD.

You're right.

With the HARD./BMR/Boardley/Moffat situation, there are a lot of drivers/cars/TBLs to be firmed up.
Once the agreed deals start to appear, I think a lot of dominoes will fall quickly and there will be a flurry of confirmed grid places.

He still has his sponsors in place ready to back a drive, although the seats at HARD. are more difficult to obtain than normally.

2 of their 3 TBLs are already allocated (Goff, AT-S), and so the 3rd seat (if not already signed) is now more valuable.

When does the TBL list usually get published? I seem to remember they have to be submitted at some point in November?

I think last year, due to the season ending late, it was in December. Not sure when this year

I think it's December 6th.

I also think that it's very likely that Nic Hamilton will complete the Hard line-up.
