And I suppose that I could also mention the fact that they have more wins, poles and podiums than the Lizards. Shall I continue?
PWL have been in the game since 1997, Lizard's only formed in 2004. 2007 was Flying Lizards first year as a works team, how many years were PWL a works team 3 years?

Haha. Just a coincidence. It's actually how I came to be a fan of the team when they were running off-road racing here in the Southwestern US, and I then followed them to the ALMS when the series came to Laguna and Las Vegas in '99 . They were the local team and they were the best around when it came to the off-road arena. It was hard not to cheer for them. You could say that I'm probably their biggest fan.

PWL hasn't been a works team since they ran a factory backed Chevy truck in the off-road days about 10 years ago. They didn't even have any factory drivers for a full season until 2005.

I was their biggest fan on this side of the pond , until they switched to a F430 !!! I met up with Tom Moore at Le Mans one year and had a nice chat with him about Petersen . Is he still with them ?

When they interviewed Dale White this morning on Radio Le Mans he said that he was working with Petersen to put together a deal for next year, but for right now Petersen is doing the rallying on his own. I hope to ask them more about next season when I go to Long Beach.

Pace over a single lap was not as much of an issue for the 997s vs. the 430s last year anyway. The real problem was how tires held up over long runs, particularly 997 rears getting worn, even Michelins. We'll find out more on the balance between the marques only when we see them head to head over equivalent stint lengths.

Until then, this is all just joking around. Enjoy it, I guess?

Hey Badger, we have posted the interview with Richard Westbrook on PLM now along with his message to those who doubt Porsche!!! Although there may only be 1 decent Porsche in FIA GT I would say the Collard/Westbrook combo is a good one. Although it is only testing things went well for him yesterday.

I just like stirring the pot really......

Just had a text of Richard. Dont get too excited Badger but he took the fastest time yesterday and only completed 6 laps. His car wasn't ready so he had to wait to use the sister car. It seems that they're competitors did much more running but the porka still came out on top (for now )
