There seems to be something about Miller Motorsport Park and the ALMS, ive lost count of how many times ive watched the start of the 2007 and 2008 races, i agree about 2008, i couldnt believe my eyes, the Lola AER was simply staggering, i still believe a AER engined LMP1 Lola coupe run by a good team, on michelin tyres with good drivers could take the fight to the 908's, R15's and Aston Martin Lola's of this world.
i wish i could also find the video of the Intersport P2 Lola fending off the P2 Porsche at the 2006 petit le mans as well, my god that was one hell of a scrap and it went on for a long time as well, that well and truly kept me on the edge of my seat.

Good one for sounds from Le Mans this year. Epic pass by the Speedy Racing Team Sebah Lola Aston at 4:45.

not at le mans, but in the ALMS and LMS i dont think there would be that much in it, unfortunately we will never see the AER engine in LMP1 reach its full potential, although, it would be nice if Mazda upped their engine programme into LMP1 with AER, a direct injection Mazda 4.0 litre bi turbo AER engine would probably be rather damn sweet

How about this old piece of footage with Roger Penske giving the Ferraris fits in the early laps of the 1964 12 hours of Sebring?
