If you see more closely to the side plate of rear spoiler, there's "P01" logo which is usually stands for "Phase 01". Which usually implies it's the testing livery. I think there will be another final livery on the later date.
Remember when #16 Mugen revealed all-white livery last year? In the end they used traditional dark blue Red Bull livery for the 2020 season.
