Yeah, I have it.

It's quite good, although does get tedious after so long. The game doesn't really seem to have a point, although driving round the island is fun! Races and challenges are crap.

But it is enjoyable and lasts a while. A lot of the fun for me was unlocking the XBox 360 achievements though, so don't know if it will translate too well to PC in that regard.

Overall, not great but well worth having anyways. 7/10

its a fantastic game, ive had it for a while but my brother has borrowed it and since he has had it for over 2 months now i think you know why, because its bloody good.

I only want it to play for an hout or two with a joypad, it can be a bit of a pain setting up my steering wheel for sims when you haven't much spare time.

I'm still waiting for the patch that will solve the performance problems when using a FF wheel. The game is literally unplayable, no matter how good your PC is thanks to this problem. I tried running it on low detail, 800*600 and no AA or AF and it felt as if I was running it on a 8Mhz PC.

I can't believe that a software company could have the nerve of putting out for sale a driving game that is uncompatible with steering wheels.

I played it for an hour tonight and I'm impressed.

I downloaded a save game cheat with plenty of cash and cars, I only want to drive around and do a few challenges.

The Zonda and Murcielago sound awsome!

BTW, I tried it with my DFP and was getting 30-35FPS at 1920 x 1080, HDR lighting, but low detail and no AA. FPS were the same with a gamepad.

I have an X1950XTX, 2GB Ram, an Intel Core 2 CPU, and I'm using Omega drivers.

I went back on this the other day to do the Millionaires Challenge race. It's one of those games where I can't play it for more than a couple of days, but it is great to have a quick blast on it now and again.

There are some truly stupid time events preventing me from completing the game though.

One tip: do not, ever, buy a Saleen S7. It is truly abysmal, zero grip.

I have it for my Xbox 360, I really love the detail of the interior on the cars, and that you can even choose the upholstery colors, when you buy a car.
But the greatest fun is to blast full speed with the motorcycles.

Just tried hardcore mode for the first time, wow.

It's a sim mode opened up after you complete all of the challenges.

I's not quite GTR2 and has some flaws, but with a steering wheel and pedals it's as close to a road car sim as we'll see on the PC for a while.

If you haven't unlocked it do as I did and download a saved game cheat with everything unlocked, it's a completely different (better) game!

BTW, it's been confirmed a patch is coming in May.

The hardcore mode is available for download. I nearly did last night, but downloaded a load of car packs.

Incidentally, my brother just got this for PS2. It really should not be on that platform!

this is on XBOX 360 don't know about Xbox though, it is ok but I reckon online play would be so much better cos after awhile it gets pretty boring. great graphics and not a bad selection of cars, bikes could be better though.

Thank god for that test drive option huh? (or rental)

But yeah - unfortunately it's the fastest car for those who master it.

Yes, Enzo is great. Loads of grip, it creamed the millionaire's challenge.

I'm quite fond of the TVR Tuscan as well and the Mercedes CLK GTR.
