Konrad ordered a new Saleen chassis

Very interesting. I thought that the Saleen was the end of their development, but it seems like Franz is keeping faith in it.

This new car is basically Acemco spec, so it should at least be a lot more reliable, if not faster.. lets hope they can debut it at Brno!

Very curious what it'll bring indeed. Hopefully they won't apply their normal strategy on it; If something ain't broken, develop it untill it is (sorry, lame joke ). Should be interesting how it'll behave against the current spec S7R's, that the US version is more reliable is almost a fact, but there aren't really comparisons between the two (old euro-RML's, and new us-saleen) speedwise.

Will be very interesting to see how the Saleens compare to the rest of the FIA GT machinery. Hopefully with the new spec car Konrad will make some inroads.

You are confused with Toine Hezemans...

Now serious. It's good to see Konrad is still confident the Saleen is competative. It's a great addition to the grid.

The ACEMCO cars as quick, if not quicker than the ALMS C5-R so Konrads new car should perform well.

Didn't realise Konrad used 7l engines as oppposed to the Elan 6l in the ACEMCO car.

Did you know that's exactly why Toine doesn't have that much of a vote in GLPK Carsport anymore? Of course hes partly in charge of the daily organization of the team, but he isn't allowed to change anything without proper discussion anymore
