It is with no surprise to share that I am not, nor will I ever be, an employee of FPR...

What is interesting however is the complexity of the described role... and perhaps balancing that against the regular candidate choice for such roles in the sport, which is usually a young female operative type.. where some may wonder as to their credentials other than the physical form they are draped in...

Also interesting that this is a 'Private Advertiser' ad on Seek. FPR have put up a number of roles on Seek across the years, almost always with their brand name attached to try and attract people to their business on the initial strength of that...

Wonder what it pays?

Yes it does. I can imagine some FPR televagelist saying "Donate to us now! Call this number and you can hear the voice of FORD RACING! CALL NOW!!!"

Well buzzwords do tend to originate from places of higher learning, which on some campuses are equivalent to a cult-like environment

Again... when you look a the expected standard of success in this role.. and look at some of the people currently performing this role in other teams, and perhaps even this one in the past... you might wonder as to their success at fulfillment...

Makes you wonder if this is a brand new position being created by FPR, or an ad to replace a position left/about to be left vacant by a resigning employee.

If it is the former, does this mean FPR are getting serious about finding and maintaining a full-paying sponsor? Like a brand-new sponsor to the 'sport', and not one poached from another team? This would neatly coincide with the current market & sales position of the Falcon.

Perhaps HRT will be advertising a similar position soon too?

Nor would you ever be an employee of anything connected or remotely connected to the series, if they found out how much time you spend on here and in the "Powder Room"......

Business term, gobbledygook, weasel words, whatever. I have operated my own businesses most of my working life (and been employed in large corporations for the rest of that time), and I'm continually amazed by the stuff that people write in job ads. "Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels within an organisation, sound administrative skills, numerical and verbal critical reasoning skills" = "Able to talk to people reasonably, have some management ability and be able to do some basic maths", = "Be a person of at least average intelligence, with some management experience", also = "Dreamers and idiots, don't bother applying".

no there are no large business runners on here, and im doubtful there are any medium business owners on here. and hardly any students, but there are a few

But there is certianly not any business owners who are worth a billion dollars and employs thousands of people on here (well as a poster)

but its really irrelevant, Its a business term, and those that are looking for the type of position they are offering will understand it.

Because thats what they do/want to do

yeah sure, see my previus post on this subject (although i did accidently leave out student, knowing full well that we have some students on here)

But its really irrelevant to the thread isnt it, unless off course you are a brand strategy/ activation manager, or you want to become one
