The first time ever that I predict the correct winner who is not Schumacher and I still come away with a measley five points.

I don't see my name in there. Didn't I get the prediction in on time? Don't tell me I screwed up the first race.

Some people entered the championship predictions, but not the Australian Grand Prix.

Some people selected the same driver twice.

Some people forgot to put their user name on the entry form.

So what did I do wrong? I had just read your post about who was in, along with the warning about being careful not to pick the same driver twice. I chose the drivers with my son, and we were careful to double-check the entry. Then a little while later, just to be safe, I added my picks and a comment to the thread. So what did I do wrong? If I had left my name out or something, wouldn't there have been a warning that the form wasn't filled out correctly? How do you enter the championships prediction but not the Australian GP? Do you mean the default was not the Australian GP? Sorry, I'm old and confused.

eatapc - you missed the deadline, which was 0000 GMT on Friday 4th March.

Your entry was more than two hours after that, by which point a practice session was underway.

Climb - it was made clear we'd only accept entries on the web form.

In future rounds if anyone has a problem - let us know before the deadline.

However, I'm feeling generous and have added you from the thread.

You score 5 points.

Thanks for the info. I had no idea practice had already started. I assumed that since the thread was still active that I was in on time.

I seem to do this every year at some point with a race in the Far East or a Thursday practice at Monaco. Grrr. I wait to get home from work on Friday so I can do the entry with my kids, then find out I'm too late. I'll never learn. The year I won the competition, it had different rules, with the entries due before qualifying rather than before 1st practice, which allowed me to do the entry as a Friday night ritual.

Just a heads up to everyone - in the Malaysian GP preview I will post the weekend timetable in local and UK time, plus a link that will convert the race timetable to your local time, make a note to check on there when it's posted up to make sure you know when 1st practice starts!

Very rapid results KB - well done !

many thanks!!!

Seriously, It's impossible to me to use the webform, which I would be very happy to fill, because it's way more effective, but unfortunately I can't

Seven points are not bad at all... predicting Fisichella to win wasn't bad move!

I am going to make a point of entering each round this year, unlike previous years.

I had the same problem as climb, the form wouldn't work for me, I tried it several times and it never managed to send it, but I mentioned that when submitting my results on the other thread so they obviously got counted. Hopefully no one will have a problem the second time.

Climb's problem was due to filtering software at his workplace.

What did the form do for you, Boots?
