From the invention of VCR recorders to the modern day streaming option the number of eyeballs stuck with watching the ads that fund it has been shrinking and advertisers are no longer willing to pay the big bucks.

According to ABC TV news, Mr Murdoch jnr & Mr Gordon have already signalled their intention to buy the whole thing together.
