Pat Doran's Ford RS200
Apperently Pat Doran's Ford RS200 ran with a 2.1 litre turbo engine in the car last weekend at Croft instead of the 2.0 litre turbo version he had last year. Due to this i was told he had to carry around 80kg extra as he is out of the weight to power bracket which means that anything over 2 litre you have to carry extra weight.
His team was looking well smart with there European rallycross style bus and super trailor. Looked well professional. Dont suppose anyone has Pat's email address? |

You can get it from WHSmiths and most petrol stations etc. It's got stuff about Dorans motor and Julian Godfreys road going version (which is absolutely mental - 600bhp on the road? Flippin' loony!). Definitely worth getting.

That magazine but not that issue - the one your after has got the 2 RS200's on the cover (Dorans and Godfreys).

Sorry for the huge (HUGE!
 ) thread resurrection guys but, as the last RS200 in rallycross, I've been wanting to read the Performance Ford article on the car for ages. I was offered a copy a little while ago, but it was silly money for an old magazine, so I left it. I don't suppose anyone here has a copy they would be willing to sell or, alternatively, a copy of the article I could read? Just to clarify, it was in the April 2003 issue of Performance Ford.
