My GTR2 Demo Bug
Anyone had this and solved it? Is it a simple as one of the options that I just can't find?
Seen it posted elsewhere as a problem someone else had, but no resolution offered. Don't want to have to race with the Heads Up Display! |

I had this problem, it's something in the .plr file that you need to change, not exactly sure whcih, something to do with LCD.
Have a look there, sorry i can't be of much more help. |

No worries.
Wrong anyway...other option I was offered was MoTeC was off...wasn't that either  The correct answer was...doesn't work in 16bit. Run the game in 32bit instead. Thanks for helping anyway |

That's strange i was sure i was always running mine in 32.. oh well. I don't have the demo anymore, might go get it again, but i got quite bored with only one track...

Its the same bug as in GTL. I would have thought this would have been fixed.

there ist to much diff from the original game apart from the night bit and other little bits. |

Eh, not much difference, what were you expecting, 20 fantasy tracks included, fire arms, canons? They're doing something based on a real life series...
To me the improvement in gameplay with the time trial thingy is immense, so addictive. Plus the rain and day night cycle are pretty big improvements over the first release, certainly not little things. The whole thing just got a lot more immersive again. |

It should be Sept the 15th for the UK, though as usual SimBin have said nothing regarding the release date (great communication once again), despite only being what appears to be 2 weeks away according to Play.com and Amazon.
