Correctamundo, It is a Holbay race cam which I managed to carve a slot into and so is not much use as anything else but to hold up a candle. It is from my 26 year old rust free Alfasud Sprint which occasionally shows it's face in both the Alfa championship and 7oaks sprints. |

I thought a camshaft was a camera shutter that is mounted behind the lens -
A CAMera SHutter AFT. 'Shutters immediately behind the lens were used in some cameras with limited lens interchangeability.' |
