FONTANA, California (Ticker) -- CART rookie Oriol Servia was fined $20,000 and will forfeit the championship points earned for a ninth-place finish in the Honda Indy 300 for on-track infractions stemming from separate incidents during the October 15 event in Surfer's Paradise, Australia.
Chief Steward Kirk Russell announced the ruling today at California Speedway. According to Russell, Servia was fined for unjustifiable risk, unsportsmanlike conduct, violation of the yellow-flag rule and shortcutting the course. Those all came on separate incidents on laps 48 and 59 of the Australia race |

...but Paul is allowed to nerf Max,and Jimmy is allowed to run two people off the road...
But then again, that is what Paul is paid to do, and we wont have to put up with Jimmy in the future. I guess it is right for Servia to be told now before he turns out to be a bad little boy... |
