How can you compare LMS with ALMS? FIA GT or ALMS? ALMS is more prestigious, because there are the most important teams of the endurance races. Audi, Porsche, Corvette, Peugeot, LMP1, LMP2, GT1, GT2... A little big difference! If Ferrari would have won the ALMS, you would have asked which is the best, ALMS or FIA GT? Would you mean Ferrari has won the most important GT championship? Sorry, you're on the wrong way! |

I would say FIA GT is the strongest series worldwide for GT2 entries. I know a ALMS team won the GT2 class at Le Mans this year but then the strongest team from FIA GT didnt exactly enter a top draw line up. Had AF Corse put in the team they used for the Spa 24 hours of Bruni/Melo/Salo I think they could easily have walked away with the LM GT2 crown.

for me there are no doubts SRO series has the strongest GT2 competition in Europe, it looks like a Ferrari Challenge for sure, but it has a very close racing, and great teams, the LMS is good too, but only 3 cars fight for the win

FIA GT, absolutely. Something like the Virgo walkover after starting last at the Nürburgring couldn't happen there.

Its all about the teams.
The best Ferrari teams are in FIA GT, the best Porsche teams are in the ALMS and the LMS has no good teams. |

Personally, I'd say FIA GT has the stronger GT2 field. |
