Manfred Winklehock
Next weekend is the 10th anniversary of the passing of Manfred, killed when his Kremer Porsche hit the wall on the exit of turn 2 at the Mosport WEC race.
32 yrs young. RIP |

Yep ur right. 20 yrs...time is seriously marching on, but I remember vividly reading of his death on Ceefax.

Yep, one of my favourite models, sitting in front of me now, is a Quartzo model of the Wurth sponsored BMW 320 with Manfred's name on the side. Can't believe it was 20 years ago. Another tragic loss. R.I.P.
