There is the Nashville Superspeedway, which hosted the Firestone Indy 200, from 2001 to 2008. The track had hiatus from 2011 to 2021, during which time it was nearly sold to Panattoni Development Company in a $44.7 million deal. Panattoni planned to convert the site into a distribution and logistics park.

NASCAR returned to Nashville Superspeedway in 2021. Dover Motorsports, who owned the track subsequently sold it to Speedway Motorsports, LLC who own a number of race tracks that host NASCAR events.

I doubt we will see Nashville back any time soon. Probably lucky to get it when we did. It's been through a lot of tricky times and wouldn't have been surprised to see it go under, but thankfully it's been saved.

Good on NASCAR for going there and it's future seems secure. But I doubt it will host much for a while yet

IF they can remain, if the NFL says no, we need that space Indy is getting booted and I feel like they're gonna swing the We're the NFL sausage aggressively. And 2.1 BILLION?? Gold plated stadium?? Done with the major sports leagues, wasn't long ago a billion was considered obscene for Cowboys stadium. Hope Borchetta can tell them to eff off, we're racing here and you can deal with it

Nashville has changed a TON since then and think Indy not in town wouldn't work. The fans are there for the party as much as the race and the tickets are INSANE for anything other than an exposed bleacher. I've looked and even the base ones this year are above what the entire year at Road Atlanta costs me and rooms rates are more than double for the weekend. But good offering of cars

Yes. What do you think two years in Dale Coyne Racing and then Penske or Ganassi for Stingy? One just one year? I think he’s more of a Penske driver than a Ganassi, but he can play the two off between each other.

It really depends upon when Robb develops into a top-tier IndyCar driver. There's nothing in his first few performances that suggests that he's currently ready to make the job to a top team. So he's likely looking at at least another year at Dale Coyne Racing.

Yeah, he's a long way away from being considered by any of the top teams. Finish some races and rack up some points multiple rounds in a row.

He’s very young, plenty of time.

He said it was better to be in a smaller team for now, so his results so far have supported that aim.

Bryan did a lot for the sport, so it's right he's recognised. Colton wouldn't be where he is without him. How did he keep it a secret? It's easy, just don't tell! Colton has many more great years in motorsport. Shame he never got a chance in F1, but it won't get in the way of his career and how he drives. Great video btw

Yes it is, however changes needed to be made, but we can still look back on the cars of old like this

It will be interesting to see how this "dual pit lane" works in Detroit.
The pit lane in Toronto in 2022 was criticized as "dangerous", but the same article had this:

... Jay Frye told media on the eve of opening practice that planning work is already underway regarding a rejig of the pits which would create more space next year.
The idea is thought to be to push the lane further into the car park which the track snakes through in a complex comprised of Turns 9, 10, and 11, a change which could allow close to 30 cars to enter the event.

I wonder if he might have been describing something similar? But the last thing I read about it a few weeks ago was that they inexplicably intend to use the same arrangement in 2023 for 27 cars as they did in 2022 for 25 cars.

Yeah, I would be very surprised if Andretti sold to McLaren. Interesting they now have a shop, obviously they are going for extra marketing.

The article says Arrows McLaren are purchasing the shop from Andretti, in other words Andretti have sold it to them. This isn't to do with marketing, it's not a retail shop, it's a workshop, with 89,000 square-feet and they clearly need the space. Arrows McLaren currently run a three car team and had fourth car at the 500, that requires space.
