CSCC Donington 26/27 October

Can I just say a hearty "Thanks" to any of you who were out marshalling for CSCC this weekend - particularly those on duty on Saturday when the conditions were horrendous.

Cars off everywhere, live snatches, whilst the rain poured and the wind blew....you guys are heroes! Glad I didn't need any of your attention but it was a close thing at times - never raced in conditions that bad!

Hope you are dried out now, and thanks again!

T’was damp, but nothing we cant handle .

As ever, CSCC were great; first class organisation, some great cars, and some fab racing. Nice efforts on the night race too, with some insane neon and I’m amazed the mini made it round with the front right brake disc glowing all the way round. (Handy hint if you want to overtake under yellows at night, fit one of those cr@ppy lights so your race number is almost invisible - dont worry, I’ll bring along the night vision goggles next time ).

Thanks to David too for his post-race offer; much appreciated.
