As Viv says! Never seen any of it kicking about the area. Caterham F1 were based here though, which could explain some of the stuff. The Holden looks interesting!

Watched on breakfast this morning Carol singers singing to this poor lonely OAP. I thought we should try and do something for our Bob. Perhaps a conference call as Gordon is back in Spain and Luton is a fair distance from most of us.We could practice "Good King Wenceslas"".WDYT.

Ho, hoo, interesting to watch. I guess nobody can say if the first stunt was made to follow the script or not. McQueen was a very competent rider/driver but probably the insurance company didn't like him to make stunts himself…
In the movie, the bike was a modified '61 Triumph TR6 Trophy. What kind of bike Guy will be riding? Dont tell me it's a Bimmer in Triumph guise!

Yes, it’s a stripped Triumph 1200 XE Scrambler. Motor Cycle News have the full story of the attempt this week, which spoils the surprise a bit! One good thing is that the prog honours the men who lost their lives in the real escape attempt in 1944, 75 years ago.
