F1 Betting...

Just put $5 on a Webber/Glock quinella at 201/1...

Was thinking, if ever Mark was going to get a win, may aswell be now & Timo could pull out a stirling drive in the Toyota at his home GP

I gotta be half a chance to win $1,000

I won £25 on last year's Monaco GP. Hamilton went out to 5/1 when he hit the tyre wall, so I stuck a fiver on and lucked in.

Sadly, I also had £10 each on Mark & Rubens to win at Silverstone the other week.

For the moment, I'm betting in F1 for free, and free of charge.
Even I'm managing two F1 prediction competitions at other forums, so money is out of my equation there.

On the day of the first Brawn test when they blitzed the field I could have had Button at 200-1 or Rubens at 250-1.

I thought for sure they were running the car underweight to attract sponsors so didn't take it up.

March was basically set up in 1969 thanks to Robin Herd and Max Mosley going in big on Jackie Stewart for the '69 title at 3-1.

Really? Fancy risking your hard-inherited money on a certified halfwit who dresses like a music hall star of the 40s.

I got £20 on Vettel at 33/1 before the start of the season.

I saw Button at about 200/1 at one point during their fisrt test, but thought they were running light so didn't bother. Damn them...

Please do as i have already spent the winnings!!

I see people on here say that I could have had Button at 200/1. I am now cursing the bookies near me as I genuinly got the bet on before the car had even run so slightly miffed at the fact I actually got quite poor value.

Still better than the 2/1 they are offering now, and I thought I had good value with the Vettel bet, as it is no great surprise that a well funded team, with a top designer in a season of new regs, would not do well, especially with the new hotshot peddling it. Thought the bookies had missed a trick there really.
