What's the F1 demo at the end of Sunday all about?

Depending on where I'm posted I may have a largish coolbox of ice with me for me and my co-postees

I have been told that it is a couple of Benettons and may be one or two others. I guess it could be cars from the Force historic team.

Having just seen there's an F1 session at lunchtime as well, it sort of makes more sense.

I guess they're getting ready for BOSS coming on first weekend in May.

Thanks for the info

What a cracking day up @ McLeans, good banter & some good racing - and the sun shone. At a guess I'd say the F1 demo tomorrow would be Renault powered devices, as Renault are sponsoring the event.

There are Benettons apparently so that would be a good shout

Great day on 39, every race had something always going on. Especially the big trucks giving us a dust shower!

Big thanks to everyone on McLeans for another great day, not quite the same without the energetic Kieron though.
Had to run for my life for the first time in a decade when one of the trucks thought Jamesy and I looked tempting. Talk about make your heart thump!

Great day flagging on post 2 . The formula Renault's seemed to like the gravel trap at redgate.

Thanks for taking over post 2, loved it there on Saturday (despite one of the trucks coming into the gravel broadside on lap one of session one!). Strangely FRenaults were the ones we didn't get on Saturday, obviously saved it for raceday.

Unfortunately, got poorly on Saturday night / Sunday morning so couldn't face the day marshalling. Apologies to BARC for the no-show.

Thankyou

On behalf of Barc and myself, thanks to all for a super weekend. I hope and it appeared that everyone had a great weekend.
Look forward to seeing you all for the "SUPERSTARS" weekend 17th 18th 19th June, AT Donington Pk, with the Italian version of the Aussie V8's !
Should be some show !!

Had a good but reasonably quiet day on post 6. Ended up flagging again! First time I've seen the trucks & was very impressed. Awesome sight seeing them go down Craners 2 abreast. Truck 26 got the biggest round of applause of the day for his drifting display through Redgate, lap after lap.

Hopefully they didn't get me & Jamesy running for our lives @ Post 13 when a wayward truck was on the grass heading straight for us
