Time on track
I have been invited to go to a track day by a friend and share his 2L Capri. Neither of us have been before and I was wandering how much time you actually get on track on an average day? Does anyone have any advice on best days for money timewise?

If you attend an 'Open Pit Lane' track day you can stay on the circuit as much as you want. They only stop for an hour for lunch, apart from that you can lap all day if you want to.
If you attend a 'sessioned' trackday you will get 20 minutes of tracktime every hour. The hour will be split into 3 groups (Beginner, intermediate, Advanced) |

I always find I have more than enough time on track. The only problem with some open pit lane days is that some organisers only allow a certain amout of cars ontrack at a time and if people decide to stay out, you stay in
