Today, Honda annouced 2010 motorsport activity.
Dome's new sponsor is Weider. Yes, it is supplement manufacturer.
But, the name of "dome" has disappeared from the announced team name.

According to Jim Gainer's team blog,
They seem to have done the entry application with two F430(S-GT spec and FIA/ACO-GT2 spec).
However, which becomes the 1st car seems not to be decided.

Thanks for the entrylist Japanese Samurai, I see the GT300 Mosler has a 3.4L V8 engine-obviously not the Chevrolet unit that is normally found in the Mosler, anyone know what engine this is?

Thanks, thats interesting, good move on their part, smaller engine=bigger air restrictors. If they had've stuck with the big chev it would've been breathing through a straw.

Yeah, its disappointing there's no "wildcard" Hks clk, 550 gts, DBR9, Mclaren etc to add a bit more flavour and variety.

Their cars seem not to be GT2 cars of Michelotto.
The engine model of the entry list is "F136E" though the engine model of Daishin and JimGainer's GT2 car are "F136GT".
Therefore, I think that their cars are F430GT3 or F430 challenge.

Instead the MotorsTV directors think it's a great idea to broadcast endless reruns of them american motorcross festivals.

According to AUTOSPORT(print ed),
Samurai(#25, team Tsuchiya) will want to participate with 997 Porsche.
As for Daishin, if they can participate, they plan to install the update kit in F430.
and, Team KTR Hankook plan to participate in a full season.

Well considering GT500 is more or less Formula Nippon with roofs you would almost want a LMP car to be competitive! The FR only rule in GT500 would restrict choices too somewhat

That looks mean and it is exploiting the GT300 rulebook to the max. Hopefully will give a few cars a scare
