2010 NASCAR Sprint Cup Round 4: Kobalt Tools 500, Atlanta Motor Speedway
Hot 'lanta, is actually quite cool right now but it is going to be beautiful for the race on Sunday; Sunny and in the mid 60s (18 degrees C, for our friends across the pond).

ENTRY LIST is virtually the same every week (i wonder why i bother sometimes )

Practice #1 at 230 EST Friday
Q'ing 600 EST Friday
Practice #2 1100 EST on Saturday
Happy Hour 1220 EST On Saturday

Green Flag, shortly after 1 pm EST Sunday

Should be a good race on Sunday, and I have a gut feeling Kevin Harvick will be the one stopping Jimmie Johnson from getting his third straight win.

Great to see Carl Edwards in the old Scott's livery, I used to love that car. (I think NASCAR.com went a bit far calling it a ''retro'' livery though)

Johnson has three wins at Atlanta, which is fourth best among active drivers. Jeff Gordon has four wins, Bill Elliott five with Bobby Labonte being the leading active driver with six wins there.

Not really expecting Elliott nor Labonte to have a real shot at extending those tallies though

As you say it's early days yet, but if the first couple of races are any indication it seems RCR with Kevin Harvick in particular will give Johnson a run for his money this season.

(Yes I fully expect Johnson to be the man to beat again this year.)

Caution 3 - #99 Carl Edwards and #20 Joey Logano into the wall on the restart. #12 Brad Keselowski got Edwards lose, which sent him up into Logano.
