DanJR1 should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Hayabusa Engine

How long is the Hayabusa engine going to last for? ive heard rumours that Suzuki might stop making the Hayabusa so would happen then? can people still make replica engines or parts if it goes out of production?

Hope not anyway, cos its the best engine for a track day car in my opinion! lol (especially turboed!)

imull has a lot of promise if they can keep it on the circuit!
there was an article in race car eng a while back that a company was making its own slightly taller blocks. I guess one could be cut to size if needs be...

Ther's a few aftermarket bits for them, have a look at Muzzys http://muzzys.com/ they have big block for them 1600cc+,clutch bits and all sorts of stuff.

So do APE
http://www.aperaceparts.com/

Anyone using ZX12 engines for this sort of stuff, every article with a dyno test the ZX12 always comes out on top compared to the Hayabusa.

The ZX12 has less torque and is more fragile (bottom end) apparently so less suited to car applications, but agree nothing wrong with top end power in standard form.
