Why do track days when you can do Motorsport?

Calling all track day people;

Did you know you can compete in a form of Motorsport; with standard cars, modified cars, no ARDS test needed, no medical, only a Nat B licence required.

Yes that's right.........

You can compete within "Rallycross" on some of the UK's top circuits, with limited mods made, you can compete against other drivers on tarmac and loose sections.

Mate, are you kidding

You can do tracks days with just a lid, for a billionth of the cost it would take you to compete

Don't try and change the world! Its too late

Because you can do track days in your everyday road car.

Because the possibility of damage is less.

Because the ratio of track time to £ is much better.

GT-Driver should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
I have done tons of track days in different circuits, Qatar, Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Bahrain (Now Bahrain is out of my list). and Done some competing as well.

there are many reasons why a bigger portion of drivers prefer Track Day over a competition:

1-To make it short, if you havent got sponsor(s) it is so not very worthy to compete on a regualr basis - unless you are very wealthy.

2-in Track Days you get All the fun of racing but with much more luxury. Racing is serious. If you have tried it you would understand my point. Racing feels very industrial. Track day is more about pure driving and driving for fun only.

3-Most circuit races (other than Autocross - the one done through Road Cones Course) do require a Roll Cage and a Race-Ready car. For Track Day you can use your daily driver.
