Hope he goes well, he should do really but he hasn't raced on ovals before so we'll have to wait and see. I'd rather see him back racing in Europe, did he pull out of F3000 because of a lack of funds?

His debut is on a road course - Sears Point.

His Italian F3000 race was only ever a one-off deal.

IPS isn't really the strongest of series at the mo, he needs to be racing top line if his credibility is going to rise.

Scott has made a good decision going to the IPS! It is a good series and offers more than GP2, F3 and others for a more cost effective price.

The thing about this move is that, yes, the IPS isn't the strongest series - so a good but not great driver can go out and win races - like Katherine Legge in Atlantics.

It makes perfect sense.

It does indeed K-B make perfect sense. I didn't know his debut was on a road course, so he should win or at least get a podium.

I agree. We're trying to do exactly the same and get my son Jamie Morrow out at Watkins Glen, also a European road style track.

Thats good news No 4- hope Jamie gets a drive! I hate seeing drivers pull out of series because of a lack of cash.

Good luck with that No 4 I'm sure you'll keep us posted
Of course you probably need an embedded photgrapher to record events

Thanks Runshaw. Yes, very frustrating for Jamie, lets hope it comes off. He's working with the same management team as Scott, good guys, so lets hope it comes off. By the way, I hear Scott put in some cracking times in testing, way ahead of the US drivers. Hope he runs well in his first race.
