Dorna CEO Carmelo Ezpeleta has revealed that a proposal to stage a MotoGP race in an unnamed "warm city" is on the table


The main straight of the track would be held on a street and the paddock would be covered, integrated in an exhibition centre.

That news is from January 2018. However, yestedday Argentina motorsport talk show Última Vuelta said that this race would be held in Punta del Este, Uruguay.

The seaside circuit that Formula E uses has a temporary building. However, the Punta del Este convention center is located at El Jagüel, where there was a temporary circuit.
