I have just noticed this from the "this day in history"
» 1951 - Jaguar's first win at the Le Man 24hr race Wow. The beginning. (well not quite, but...) Six more victories where to follow, spanning nearly 40 years. I was there for the last one. What a day, so many cheering this great achievement. The Jaguar name on top of the world. Now what do we have? Possible the most pointless GP team ever. Front wheel driver road cars, small engines and rumoured diesel engines. Still that is not the point of the thread. Jaguar. Yeah |

Way-to-go Adam. What on earth is Jag doing in F1? Their forte has always been sportscars, Jag in F1 has nothing to do with Jaguar tradition and lots to do with Ford and marketing. Seems like the the decision has turned around and bitten the Ford boys a**es, what an embarassment it's turned out to be. I can't see it getting any better either, they seem to be in reverse at the moment.
'fraid I smashed my car at the weekend, it's still in Le Mans and looking a bit sad. Still, I got some PS2 sunglasses, so everything's allright... |

Hi Adam, yes it should repair, pushed the front in so it's wing, bonnet, lights, wheel, bumper etc. The radiator got wrapped around the fan, so maybe an inner wing, front cross member. I'd just spent £500 re-chroming the front bmper, fitting it just before I left...
Yes, Hindhaugh caught me crying in my beer. 'Pass the salt, I see an open wound' was one of the lads' comments. |

Good luck with the rebuild I hope it gets back to it's former glory soon and you'll be shouting "way-hay" again.
