Once again it's looking good. Usual Marshals BBQ on the Saturday evening in Garage 5 with limited quantities of Old Speckled Hen, with on site camping. Full 2 day multi Marque race programme with an ever growing entry list, cars for sale, largest MG Trade area in the World, MG Special Features, MGCC Register Stands and car displays, driving Tests, Sprint, International Concours and Pride of Ownership, Track Parades (Sunday Morning), Auto tests, gymkhana, MG ZR Rally rides, etc. etc. in fact loads to see and do for everyone.

Sounds so good I think I'll go myself, but I'm not so sure if I am classed as a miscreant though!!! No doubt Clive will let me know if I qualify as a Memeber.
PS I did make sure he got the Old Speckled Hen at Oulton Park! So bribery should help!

Sounds like you're trying to sell it John, and the bribe might just work

I had a vote and you are now officially an honorary miscreant

We will be camping so there will be some of the refreshment liquid ie lesser spotted farmyard bird. so that should dispel any rumours

I'm entered in the long distance allcomers on Sunday so if anyone is wandering around the back of the grid for that race come and say hello.

You're obsessed.

I have to type this or my brain will explode!

I found a store in Moscow last weekend that sells Old Speckled Hen!

Thanks for reading, you've been a wonderful audience. Don't forget to try the veal and tip your waitress. We now return you to the topic

I was referring to orange juice as we would be thirsty out there and we can't drink alcohol on circuit anyway

and anyway, who was looking for English beer in Moscow? Not me (chance would be fine thing!)

Hi After being out of action since the begining of the season, The MG International will be my first meeting this year. So Clive please keep me a space on the campsite.
I assume you will be taking the government advice on drinking??
Looking forward to seeing everyone.

Les, It will be great to see you again, we've missed you.

And it will be a pleasure(?) to have you snoring once more next to the beer tent and I look forward to sharing a glass or two of red with you, (when the Ol Speck has expired)

Good to have you back Les, I got your mail and you are well placed on the list.
As a duly elected 'Honary' by a majority of one, can I task you the job of ensuring that hen lasts a bit longer than just the Friday evening!!! and that Clive moderates his input as he will most likely be controlling the course car. Thus allowing me to imbibe in copious quantities of the said 'Hen'

If Clive has to restrict his intake of Hen it should last until Sunday?

All Marshals passes were put in the post on Friday.

The Competitors passes went out first as there are more of them than us for a change.

The score last Friday was Entries 571, Marshals 212, (as we are on the International Circuit we certainly need you all).

So it is going to be a fantastic weekend with very full grids, very clean competitive racing, and one hell of a good social event.

It's not too late to become part of it, just get in touch with me before Wednesday evening.

If any of you bump into Paul Luti and the big MG ZT520 be sure to remind him of the thumping his go-kart team that included two "drivers" out of the three got the other night. He was beaten by our team that were all inexperianced karters. He wont live this one down!!!!.

Enjoy the meeting, sounds like a good one.
