Jean-Christophe Boullion
So, just how good is Jean-Christophe Boullion?
He promised much as an F1 tester for Williams, but failed to deliver in races for Sauber. He promised much in touring cars with Williams, but never got to grips with front-wheel drive. He's become the anchor of Henri Pescarolo's sportscar squad and the fastest man in the SCC. So how good is he? I don't know, myself. |

Well, he just clearly isn't all the hype made him out to be... Maybe it was the hype that lowered his confidence or something.

And yet, and yet... He is clearly an extremely fast driver when ensconced in a Courage-Peugeot. In 2001 and 2002, he was the fastest driver competing in the SCC, by a fair margin, and against some stiff competition.

He also won the Formula 3000 Championship back in 1994.
