The regulations will not open to all until FIA start the application period for the event. Because the regulations for FIA GT Cup is published on FIA website as the official application period will begin at June 25.

In addition, I also send emails to all teams that are now competing in the FIA F3 Championship to see if they are interested to join the race in November, and I got a reply from one of them that they will take part in Macau. What I can say is this team did not participate in Macau GP before.

I got the reply from Jenzer that they will go for Macau this year. Also Campos also decided one driver to go for the race.

Sorry for making a mistake, the regulation did include a section called "Driver Adjustable Bodywork", the details looks like DRS.

I don't see why, make the drivers work for it. It seems safer not to have it given last years accident and it's not as if F3 at Macau ever needed it anyway.

I think the Macau orangaiser has the final right to decide whether DRS zones should be set at the Guia Circuit or not, but the rule should include this because this is a part of the dallara chassis.

The final straight to Lisboa corner seems long enough.

ANyway, I think that running GP3 cars at Macau is a bad, dangerous idea.

Macau circuit may introduce DRS for F3 race, but subject to final homologation by the FIA. Also, it is almost set that all the teams who are competing the F3 championship will go for Macau, but not sure about the drivers.

I hope Jamie Chadwick will come and race in Macau as the W Series champion. HiTech should run her entry.

Her pace will be an embarrassment. As so, I hope you're right and she shows up.

I think the preference will be given to those who did race in a F3 2019 chassis.

smithhehehaha should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
I visited Motorsport Stats to compare the lap time between F317 and F3 2019 for circuits which both F317 and F3 2019 raced for

1. Red Bull Ring
Fastest Qualifying Time: 1:23.170 (F317), 1:19.716 (F3 2019), 3.454 seconds faster
Fastest Race Time: 1:23.812 (F317), 1:21.042 (F3 2019), 2.77 seconds faster

2. Silverstone
Fastest Qualifying Time: 1:50.460 (F317), 1:43.902 (F3 2019), 6.558 seconds faster
Fastest Race Time: 1:51.812 (F317), 1:45.692 (F3 2019), 6.12 seconds faster

3. Hungaroring
Fastest Qualifying Time: 1:34.937 (F317), 1:31.761 (F3 2019), 3.176 seconds faster
Fastest Race Time: 1:36.404 (F317), 1:35.307 (F3 2019), 1.097 second faster

But there is limitation while just comparing lap times
Euro F3 have 2 practice sessions, 3 qualifying sessions, 3 races
FIA F3 only have 1 practice session, 1 qualifying session, 2 races
