Oulton Park Palmer Audi Fri/Sat Marshal's Camping

Is anyone camping at Oulton on Friday night for the Formula Palmer Audi two day meeting? Also does anyone know where the marshal's camping will be located for the weekend?

not got any tickets yet but my guess on camping would be same place as normal, to the left of the ticket huts just after you come over Warwick bridge.

No tickets yet, however may have to return them anyway.

Looks like I will be missing out on the 4 hour race with 12 teams shown on the web site (If they all turn up)... Oh well.

I hope you're kidding me?!! If not i might have to rearrange my plans and go to Anglesey instead. Annoy the chief marshal it might (sorry, in advance) but assuming that's the full circuit i'd rather go somewhere i won't get bored senseless!

EDIT:
According to the web, 17 cars on entry list as of 20th June for VdeV and it is the full circuit...

BIG grid of Lotusesesess and not a bad turn out for GT either, plus the FPA brigade. Would be nice to see if Master Bradshaw can win at OP in them things.

yer odd arrangement, i guess brought on by the need for all the FPA sessions and so avoiding the sunday half day curfew issue. i don't mind enduro when you have a load of cars, but this is looking disappointingly like Britcar a couple of years ago. Shame, 'cos the rest of the timetable is pretty good and i know FPA and Lotus On Track are both recorded for TV too, wouldn't look good not having enough marshals to cover the event...

I'm gonna be there for Friday afternoon and Saturday and now seriously contemplating going to Anglesey for Sunday. Needs must and all that. Gotta support the guys and gals on the bank. The power of one can make a difference! (Flags ready, pen inked and best speaking voice ready for radio communications! Oh and the brush is positioned, well you know where!)

What do you do when you camp at Oulton, do you have to book in anywhere, or just pitch your tent?

just pitch up, normally only struggle for room at BTCC or Gold Cup so you'll be fine

The emails get read by someone else at MSVracing Alan. Dont panic your appologies will have been read and noted. I will pass on your appologies when I sign on tomorrow, if you would like me to?

You can just return the tickets to Margaret's address on the letter.

I think the mail was for MSVR?
