Neil Bye should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
No disrespect to those of you that enjoy these venues but I find them so artificial and mickey mouse. I myself Road Rally and think that the skill level is far greater, anyone in a 6R4, Escort WRC or more commonly these days a Evo 4,5,6 can be quick around a go kart track or disused airfield. To be quick along a Welsh or Cumbrian lane covered in agricultral waste is a lot harder.

The MSA would do well to refuse to grant a Nat B stage licence before a competitor both sides of the car has finished at least 2 road events, far cheaper and more productive than attending a rally schhol.
