TDP annouced two new europeans join
besides Perera go to DAMS ,Hirate + Nakajima join Manor and Kobayashi to ASM,Toyota have annouced two new europeans join to taking part in FReanult Italian+eurocup for Prema,they are dutch 'Henkie Waldschmit (18) and english Martin Plowman(19)

at least this time they choosed two good karting drivers (mainly Waldschmdt), but I still wonder how toyota drivers (the non-japanese ones) are choosen. Which criterias?
