That is horrible news.
It's frightening when a fit and healthy bloke the same age as yourself is struck down with this. Best wishes Jason. As sizzle said fight and fight hard. |

this is so sad
sympathies to him and his family and i hope he has a speedy recovery. he is far to young to deal with this but the big C ndosn't care what age you are. at thiese times the motorsport family pull together and it's great to see. i hate the big C it's the worst desease in the world i've lost family to the desease and i hate the word let alone the desease, i always donate to charities that are working on a cure for this terrible desease & help those and their families with the desease. |

Most underrated driver, best wishes Jason.
Fed up with cancer, recent loss of an 18 year old nephew. How can we help? |

Best wishes to Jason and family.
One of my favourite drivers not just for his skill but also for his attitude! My wife nicknamed him "Smiley" years ago and he is still referred to as that in our house. I mentioned it to him one year at Bathurst and his genuine response was "why wouldn't I be smiling? I get to do what I love for a living" Get well soon Smiley ! |

Was saddened to hear of this news. JR is a top bloke (never met him but never heard a bad word about him from those who have) and hopefully he gets through this battle, Im sure he will fight very hard. Im sure racing is the least thing on his mind right now but it'd be good motivation to be able to get well to get out there and do what you love.

Is it me or was Crompo a bit choked up when he started to talk about Jase when he did the "back of pit walk" behind the BOC garage?
