The Aiden-Cooper was white and blue: US racing colours.

Not entered and DNS the South African event. In 1962 the car only ran at the German and British GP's, starting both in 16th place and finishing 11th in Germany 12th in Britain.
The car was entered for France and Italy, but did not turn up in France and did not qualify in Italy.
As Vitesse stated the car was white with a blue single central stripe.

Take these in the order you have put them up in....
Cooper T59 driven by Trevor Blokdyk in South Africa in 1965 #28 did not qualify.
Blokdyk only ever took part in one F1 World Championship race, at East London in December 1963, when he ran in a Scuderia Lupino Cooper T51-Maserati dating back to 1959. He finished 12th, 8 laps down on the leaders

Re Lotus 20 driven by Brian Raubenheimer 1965 South Africa
#30 Raubenheimer did not arrive for what was I think his only ever World Championship GP entry

Lotus 20 driven by Dave Charlton 1965 South Africa #32 did not pre qualify. Charlton in fact did not make his Formula 1 Championship race debut until the 1967 South African Grand Prix at Kyalami where his Scuderia Scribante Brabham-Climax BT11 started but was not classified as a finisher

That does not help you with colours, but maybe it might help you with finding colours for cars that did not race and in some cases did not turn up for races you have mentioned.
