Trevor should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
We need more entries for the 24 Hour at Easter, even individual entries, not necessarily team entries.

If it doesn't get off the ground this year it will be lost forever.

The last time it was run was back in 1993.

I'm sure it was in an old EB, prior to Steve running it as the Road Care Racing Falcon, (annexed to the two DJR cars of Johnson & Bowe)

There must have been a reason why Winton was chosen, despite the famous "off the cuff" swipe.....
He didn't want Steven writing-off one of the precious race cars while attempting to learn to drive it at the considerably faster and more dangerous Lakeside.

Winton was and is safer than Lakeside, that's all. Not exactly a stand on the rooftops and shout reason.

Unfortunately the 24 Hour event at Winton over Easter 2010 has been cancelled due to a lack of entries, there was not enough to warrant running the event.

We are extremely dissapointed, however it was a decision that has to be expected sometimes.

It may be resurrected next year, my personal opinion is that the 12 Hour at Bathurst impacted on entries, but stuff like that happens.

Two 6 Hour Relays in Victoria don't help either Trev.

Shame, I was looking forward to it.

I think he meant two other 6hrs during the year, some teams may not have been about to stretch their budgets that far, unfortunately.
I was looking forward to this, Ive never done a 24hr car race before.
I guess that means I'm heading elsewhere for Easter, to try and wrangle those hoons from ACA and TT
