Motorbase, surely?

Yeah it seems pretty conclusive that he’s off elsewhere.

I honestly thought he’d stay with the Audi but it doesn’t read that way unless it’s just PR talk.

Agreed and I’d say the fastest driver is in the Audi

One of the Honda drivers is more experienced though, and that may be an advantage.

Should Goff be racing for Dynamics? He needs to settle down to a single team for multiple seasons then we will see the best of him. His ‘nomadic’ moves can’t be helping him.

Definitely an advantage already being a race winner, so odds on favourite to chalk that first win up, still stand by my statement tho

I don't believe in the whole "he knows how to win" concept.

Besides which, they've all won in something.

I agree with you on who is fastest though.

I doubt he wants to keep moving all the time but he has to go where the seat that he can afford is.

Great choice of drivers for amd, I believe they will be consistent podium visitors this year with that lineup.

Pfft, call yourself a BTCC fan.... tut tut.

All I can say is that it's very exciting, youth vs. experience, four cars in the BTCC and... yeh, I have no idea either.

Anyone know when Shaun is announcing? I assume he's going to drip feed to get maximum exposure?

Hope he's now got some SEATs for the drivers.

ASI is a month away now, I wonder how many secrets can stay secret 'til then...

for memory refreshment

AMD best ever result was 2nd place at Knockhill 2014 with Dave Newsham in a Ford Focus

now with those potent ex Eurotech Civics and I assume all telemetry and setup sheets that elusive win should finally come but he needs compotent drivers , there are no excuses this time, at least a reverse grid should finally do it

heck a team with much less time in BTCC like BTC Norlin (not counting their pre 2010 incarnation) did it already

I don't think excuses will be needed come seasons end. There are 30 opportunities to get a man on the top step, and two of those cars are capable.

Prediction for AMD/TPC run by AMD:

Honda 1 - Sam Tordoff
Honda 2 - Rory Butcher

TPC Audi 1 - Jake Hill
TPC Audi 2 - Nic Hamilton

Think Ollie Jackson at least deserves his name on the official unofficial list now, even if it is with 12 question marks

why would Tordoff go to a "smaller" team ? if anything he would aim higher like for WSR

Maybe there isn’t any seats available at the bigger teams and instead go for a proven car that can win

based on hunches not facts

Someone claimed earlier to know Tordoff would be in a FWD car for a team he has tested with before, i know he tested AMD's Audi and while TPC would be a nice link up for Gardx its an uncompetitive car and TPC could arguably be a rival to the Tordoff's own car sales business, so the Honda - a proven winning car is my hunch

I think (hope) its Goff in a Honda rather than Tordoff, I think that’d be better for AMD as well, with him knowing the car.

I think you’ll see Tordoff at WSR instead of Collard, with OJ at Motorbase replacing him.

I'd say that if Nic joins the grid it'll be with BMR - Warren Scott seems to be the expert on getting big names in his cars (Plato, Turkington, Menu, Sutton) and, given their current situation, I'd imagine that they'll be very keen on the money he'd be bringing.

Still hoping for Hill & Goff in the Hondas but apparently that's not happening...

AmD/TPC would be a good shout too if Epps is returning, maybe Max Coates. Maybe just wishful thinking!

Nic won't be with BMR or AmD.
