Good and clear question. We know the answer and some know the full story. When you see one you wonder who designed this rather complicated distribution…*

Malheur aux perdants! Will just Wiki Bristol engine and BMW may be you'll find out, at least partly, what Bob is talking about. Another question for you, how much Bristol did pay to use their "new engine" patent?

And by the way how can you name the cars pictured above? Alphabet goes from A to Z if I'm correct. But before A you have nothing!

They are not all the same colour, so what do these cars all have in common?

Do not think so this time, more like they are all 6 cylinder cars. The last picture is a Rudd speed AC which I thought had a ford derived engine.

It has been a while since…*A question for all but more for EB at fantastic RBS. Talking about Le Mans. If I tell you three cars belonging to the same team went out at the same place can you say:
The brand?
The year?
The race number of the survivor? (easy for you guys!)
Question subsidiaire: What is the color of the House?
For sure JR could join us!

Yes its a question ?* la mode bauble!

Hehehe Gerry.... I must have heard you. Or I needed to pee and woke up.

Would that be Ferrari in 1970? I suspect it might be as they all got involved in the same accident at Maison Blanche which should also cover the question re the white colour of the house.
I'll go for #11 being the survivor. Or should I say 'Posing' as the survivor!

Very good EB, in the meanwhile you teach me how to ask questions to real specialists!
OK, The house is white, Maison Blanche. In my question the survivor # is not 11 but managed to win… Not '70…

Are you sentences inverted in your location too? Should I read "I woke up and made a pee…"

Very good point there, never really thought about inverting sentences, didn’t know it was a thing. Although I’m sure he got the sentence right first time

GCCheddaris should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
I immediately thought it must be the 1927 race when the three works Bentleys became embroiled in a pile up at Maison Blanche, but only two Bentleys were eliminated, leaving 'Old Number 7' (actually carrying number 3) to win.
