Marcopolo should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
The way the wind is blowing at the moment if it hasn't gotten into the harbour I don't know if it will today

Whatever happened to Jerome Grosset Janin? Did anything ever surface on the real reason for the split ?

I haven't read anything else about him. I recall seeing his Facebook page change its name a while ago (to just "Jerome"), but that may be completely unrelated.

I can't really be bothered, those "new style" WRX drivers only seem to be interested or willing to drive if they have factory support and by that are willing to change everything.

I agree that these drivers has changed the sport to suit themselves as professional drivers competing for a world championship. Ekström said himself a while ago that he had always been interested in doing rallycross but that he felt that the level of it wasn't professional enough. Hansen and Solberg as well felt that rallycross could be bigger.

However, now that the sport has changed, you require factory support to win. Even Andreas Eriksson told parferme.no that he had realised this during the season. So when Ekström decides to quit, I think it's more or less because he knows that he won't be able to challenge VW for a title now with Audi gone.
