Auto Action shuts shop

Rumour has it that Auto Action will wind down activities in Oakliegh and close the doors in the near future.I am unsure as to the happenings with the staff but it will be all over in a short while.
PS they are moving to sydney the absolute mecca for Australian Motorsport from the late 60's to early 70's

I presume this is because ACP is headquartered in Sydney??

Given that most of their news comes from here on on conrod, are they shifting camp next to one or other of the servers to get closer to the action???

I have never ready a more vile innacurate generalisation of australian 4 cylinder culture in my life. Your potrayal of the readers of fast fours etc. as daewoo driving rich kids with no taste from mediteranean countries with an average command of the english language is way off base....

Auto Action aren't shutting up shop as far as I know, I applied for a job with them last month down here in Melbourne so I would be very suprised if they shut up shop when they are still employing people.

They were looking for a staff reporter or assistant editor or something werent they?? When they work out of the ACP offices, they can drag one from Picture magazine or something for the 2 page spread at the rear of the mag :biggrin:
